Spicy Sesame Hot Wings
- Courtesy of Megan Barnett, Great News Cookware and Cooking School

28 chicken drumettes or wings
1 1/2 cups Sauce Goddess Spicy Grill Glaze
2 Tbs. Sriracha Chili Sauce (spicy chili garlic sauce)
1 Tbs. pure toasted sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish:

2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup minced green onion

In a bowl combine the Grill Glaze, Sriracha sauce and sesame
oil, whisking until smooth. Remove half cup of the sauce and
reserve for basting. Place chicken drumettes in a large zip lock
bag and pour the remaining sauce over them. Seal the bag,
make sure all the wings are covered with some of the sauce
and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 400. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper
and light oil the pan with vegetable oil. Remove the drumettes
from the marinade and spread them out on the lined sheet.
Place the pan in the oven and roast for 45 minutes or until
cooked through, basting occasionally with reserve marinade.
Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with sesame
seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
