Best Steak Burgers
1 pound of ground beef (you choose your favorite)
1/4 cup Big Tangy Steak Sauce
Combine ground beef Sauce Goddess Big Tangy Steak Sauce. Form into patties. TIP-as you build the patty, make the edges a bit thicker than the middle, this will make the burger the same size when cooked and the edges won't be over-done.
Freeze patties for 1 hour (this helps the burger to stay in one piece without adding an egg or bread crumbs-just the beef).
Grill to taste and enjoy with more Big Tangy Steak sauce in place of catsup. It's the best.
