Moroccan Twist Lamb with grilled apples
4 ea thick-cut loin lamb chops (or pork if you prefer)
2 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Moroccan Twist seasoning (one for the lamb and one for the apples)
1 Tbsp light olive oil
1 Tbsp melted butter
4 ea medium apples, sliced into wedges-skin on
1. Coat entire surface of chops lightly with olive oil. Then sprinkle chops with 1 Tbsp. of Sauce Goddess Moroccan Twist seasoning coating all sides.
2. Heat grill to medium high heat.
3. Toss apples and melted butter and remaining Sauce Goddess Moroccan Twist seasoning.
4. Place apples on the grill. After 5 minutes flip once and reduce heat to medium. Remove when done. They should have nice grill marks and be hot but not fully cooked.
5. Add chops to the grill on their edge (like a hockey puck on it’s side). Rotate every 3 minutes or so until all edges are cooked. Then cook the top and bottom. This should only take 10-12 minutes at most for medium rare.
