AWARD-WINNING SAUCE GODDESS RELEASES THREE NEW PRODUCTS
San Diego, CA, January 23, 2005

At the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, a trade show for the food industry, Sauce Goddess released their three new products. Sauce Goddess revamped their product line of a Sweet Grill Glaze and an award-winning Spicy Grill Glaze (2 nd place Fiery Food Challenge 2004, 3rd place Scovie Competition 2005) to now include a Big Steak Grill Glaze. All three sauces are now all natural with no preservatives added and vegan-friendly.  

The characteristic sweet and spicy flavors are brown sugar and tomato based, with no smoke flavor at all. "We leave that smoky taste to the wood you cook with. I like a clean flavor with a little heat... or a little more heat if you're talking about our Spicy Grill Glaze," says Sauce Goddess founder Jennifer Reynolds.

The newest product, Big Steak Grill Glaze, has a very different tangy flavor. It's zesty and has loads of tomato, cider vinegar and black pepper flavors. Reynolds enthusiastically says, "We're really pleased with our latest addition. It's just awesome on a big rib-eye steak -- leaves the meat juicy and tender with a great zing of flavor."

The vegan aspect of the sauces should appeal to a wide range of barbeque aficionados.

"We had so many people using our sauces on vegetables in addition to the usual obscenely good pork ribs, that it just made sense to include people who don't eat meat at all", Reynolds reasons, "but a vegan Big Steak Grill Glaze does seem a bit crazy."

Sauce Goddess products are available on-line direct, or through select retailers nationwide. The web-site offers specials, events information and will have a reciplease card, an e-mail based newsletter and a reciplease contest section by April 2005.
