Kris Crock-Pot Turkey Chili
3 pounds ground turkey
1 whole large onion, chopped into large pieces
2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
chopped fresh cilantro
3 stalks of celery, diced
2 regular sized cans white northern beans
2 small cans of diced green chiles
2 large cans of green enchilada sauce
2 Tbsp. Sauce Goddess Latin Heat Rub Rub
1 or 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Saute vegetables in oil until tender and put in Crock Pot. Brown turkey in non-stick skillet, add to onion
mixture in Crock Pot. Add all the remaining ingredients to the Crock Pot. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours. Longer cooking time is ok.
To serve set out-
Grated cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh onion, jalapenos and cilantro
Sour cream
Can be served over white rice
